JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the Modern Trade Channel Director, responsible for:Organizing and implementing sales plans and managing results: Execute and evaluate the implementation of plans to achieve assigned targets (sales, category growth, coverage, brand image, display share, product visibility, resources, etc.) for supermarket chains and customers within the assigned region.Collaborating with Key Account Managers in planning and compliance: Coordinate, implement, and monitor adherence to customer, partner, brand, and market development plans. Control the execution of activities related to trade marketing (promotions, sampling), sales support, and supermarket channel activation (new product listings, new store openings, displays, promotions, rental of shelves, etc.).Organization development: Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.Building customer relationships and service excellence: Ensure quality of services provided to supermarkets in the region (ordering, delivery, returns, stock rotation, and control of damaged/near-expiry products).Managing budgets, costs, and resources: Achieve overall objectives for revenue, market share, distribution, display, brand image, and visibility as assigned by management.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor’s degree.Preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.Experience:Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position at multinational companies or large-scale organizations in dairy, food, or FMCG industries (dairy preferred).Professional Knowledge & Skills:Experience and knowledge in managing business activities related to Modern Trade/supermarket channels and chain stores; strong interaction with supermarket customers, especially purchasing departments.Knowledge of brand/category management and business planning.Strong analytical, business planning, and budget management skills.Excellent skills in negotiation, influencing, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, recruitment, training, and team building.Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.Resource management and optimization skills.Other Requirements:Good English communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.Honest, enthusiastic, and highly committed.Willing to travel frequently.Ability to work under high pressure.Please note that only qualified profiles will receive a reply and be contacted for an interview due to the large number of applications Vinamilk receives.
