As People Business Partner within our People Business Partnering team, you’ll help in understanding and expertise in how the HR function makes a line of business within the company successful.Job PurposeAs the People Business Partner this role is key in delivering our People Priorities at the Site.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartneringLeading activities as Strategic Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation Review, Career and Succession planning / mapping for critical roles, Leadership DevelopmentProvide guidance and coaching to people managers on people management skill and leadership in their organizations.Directing client groups to appropriate sources for query resolution.Contribute to employee relations & employer branding.Driving employee engagement.Support change management activities.Participate in workforce planning & Personnel budget planning for the Site.Ensure smooth delivery of Employee Services & compliance with HR processes.Talent management & performance management.Partner with COEs (Total Rewards, HR Ops team, Talent Acquisition) for Compensation and benefits administration and Recruitment activities.Employees relations, Labor Union partnership & External AffairsPartner with business leader in all employee relations subjects, culture and partnership with the Labor Unions & their authorities.Be the main contact points for all external industrial affairs.Key Results and AccountabilitiesPartner with COEs to provide all HR operations & services at site: from hiring, training, compensation and benefits till termination or retirement process. Responsibility for headcount planning, budget planning, organization management, reports and analytics, system management, third party inspection/audits related to people matters.Develop HR solutions that transform our business and deliver the growth by working with relevant COE to seek out relevant interventions to address HR matters in procedures of recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, career path development.Ensure compliance for all HR processes & policies effectively in site and maintain HR data with integrity & accuracy.Facilitate and coordinate all departments in IA to manage performance and build high performing culture.Lead career development programs and ownership, development programs, succession planning for key positions in IA.Lead and provide consultation to business leader on trust culture building and help business to improve relationship with employees and Labor Unions; build direct connection channels between management team and employees to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Partner with IA stakeholders to facilitate organization design and organization development.Manage different stake holders internally and externally including the Site Head, Labor Unions, Labor Union Authority departments and other external industrial stakeholders.People LeadershipProvide timely feedback about performance and coaches team members to help them achieve their goals through setting and reviewing priorities.Supports the professional and career development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles and provide opportunities to learn and practice new skills.Leads the building of a motivated and engaged team through the use of formal and informal recognition, regular communications and the encouragement of cooperation between individuals and teams.Maintain Compliance Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company.
