Business Development Executive

As the only company in Vietnam providing these comprehensive offerings, we are at the forefront of antenna technology.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the business development team in identifying new market opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports in English for both domestic and international clients.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic decisions.Participate in meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and partners.Work directly with the C-level leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives.Maintain and update customer relationship databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to support ongoing projects and client requirements.Required QualificationsFresh graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fieldsProficiency in English (spoken and written) is a mustStrong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in dealing with clientsInterest in working in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt to challenges and contribute to fast-moving projectsAbility to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.Basic knowledge of technology solutions or interest in RFID/IoT industry is a plusProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Vietnamese or Vietnam TRC/Work Permit holders. Preferred QualificationExperience working in a startup environment, especially understanding how things work in fast-paced teams.High adaptability, resilience, and willingness to take on extreme challenges beyond a standard 9-5 mindsetEntrepreneurial spirit with a drive to learn and grow rapidly
