Job Description

Responsibilities:Sourcing, recruiting, and contacting candidates to introduce the onboarding process, job responsibilities, and income opportunities;Guiding candidates to complete their profiles, create accounts, and use the bTaskee Partner application;Checking and monitoring profile quality, identifying missing information, and reminding candidates to provide timely updates;Coordinating and tracking the training process to ensure candidates are fully trained and follow the correct procedures;Collaborating to activate Tasker accounts and guiding new Taskers through the necessary steps to start working;Post-activation support: Assisting new Taskers during their first 3–7 working days in receiving tasks, understanding important work notes, and using the app effectively;Reporting & Improvement: Monitoring key metrics (profile completion rate, training participation rate, activation rate, etc.) and preparing periodic reports;Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.Qualifications & Skills:College degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields;At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 1 year in mass recruitment.
