Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Quality to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead our quality management initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of product and process excellence across our organization. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and processes Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste Conduct regular quality audits and oversee the management of non-conformances Present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels Stay current with industry best practices and emerging quality management technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Minimum 15+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred Extensive knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in manufacturing or industrial processes Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools Willingness to travel as required for audits, supplier visits, or customer meetings Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
