Senior Manager - Recruitment

Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager – Technical Recruitment to lead hiring initiatives for our fast-growing technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, particularly in hiring for Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Java, and Frontend Development roles. This position will be based in Pune or Noida, with opportunities to influence EXL’s global talent strategy.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Data, Engineering, and Digital domains.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring delivery against hiring goals and KPIs.Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.Manage vendor relationships and recruitment platforms to ensure quality and efficiency.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Java, and Frontend roles.Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams and scaling hiring operations.Expertise in modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a global organization or matrix environment.Familiarity with hiring in product-based or analytics-driven companies.Certifications in talent acquisition or strategic HR management.What EXL Offers:Competitive compensation and benefitsA collaborative, inclusive, and high-growth work environmentOpportunities to work on cutting-edge digital and analytics initiativesCareer development and global mobility options
