They are typically selling to and supporting customers who sell directly to the consumers or resellers/third party partners who sell directly to the customers within a given territory. Sales can occur in a wide range of settings including premium venues, and therefore some roles within this job family require a curated knowledge or Diageo’s most prestigious reserve brands portfolio.Role Responsibilities Lead professionals are individual contributors Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Impacts achievement of activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Confidently explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensusFlexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
