You will plan, review, develop and implement learning, career development and talent development policies, processes and programmes to build a skilled, adaptable and future-ready NLB workforce.[What you will be working on]Develop and implement NLB's leadership and talent development framework to build organisational capability and ensure leadership readinessPlan and coordinate leadership development programmes and assessments, including in-house programmes for supervisory and leadership development such as the First-Time Managers programmePrepare succession plans and collaborate with stakeholders on talent dashboard development to ensure robust leadership pipeline planning and data-driven talent decisionsPlan and manage NLB's comprehensive talent development and engagement initiatives, including deployment strategies, mentoring programmes, leadership programme nominations and developmental assignments for talent officers[What we are looking for]Preferably 8 - 13 years of relevant working experience in learning and/or talent developmentStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsResourceful and able to solve problems creativelyAble to multi-task and deliver in a dynamic work environmentGood team playerThe successful candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract.
