In the millions.We are a team of 100 people from 28 countries who are market leaders in the creator economy, reaching 300 Million people globally every month.Nas Company has 5 main products:Education: Nas AcademyTechnology: Nas.ioMedia: Nas Daily (65 Million followers!)Events: Nas SummitHotels: Nas HouseWhat You'll Do:Manage end-to end recruitment processesSource, attract and headhunt candidatesScreen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidatesConduct initial screening interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider teamDraft job descriptions and post roles on various platformsManage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse)Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the processConduct reference checksNegotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock optionsMaintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systemsSupport onboarding processesSupport in office management and legal HR documentationWhy this role is unique:Get to work directly with our business leaders to shape our company and culture Get to see the impact you make in real time Have autonomy and ownership over how you want your role to look like and develop the way you wish toBe a part of a company that is growing at a super fast pace!Get to work with colleagues from all around the worldYour career grows as the company growsWhat you'll need:5+ years of experience in Recruitment (at least 3 years from SaaS company)Strong organisational and time-management skillsFamiliarity working with ATS systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishHigh level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentialityAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringOur Company Values:Think in days: Not months.
