Shanghai, China | full time | Job ID: 9730Your main responsibilities are:End-to-end responsibility for recruiting for defined target groups with predominantly high complexity hires, consulting for the business and HRBPs and TA colleaguesTalent Strategy: Aligns local hiring activities to short and long-term business needs and capability plansPartner with HR Business Partners and leaders to forecast talent needs and define recruiting prioritiesManage end to end recruitment process for all business areas in China including but not limited to: Requirement clarification, job description and advert write up, screening of resumes, interviews, coordination of interviews, reference checking, advert postings, candidate management, offer negotiation and onboarding involvement Ensure that recruitment procedures are consistent within the global and objectives and time-line are metDrive accountability for local recruiting KPIs, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfactionPlan & implement various recruitment projects including innovative recruitment tools, employee referral program, internal mobility, campus recruiting to broaden recruitment channels and ensure execution in a cost-effective magnitudeProactively provide talent sourcing solution to the business and maintain an active talent database and talent pipeline;Responsible for maintaining and implementing recruitment systme in our global enterprise platform (SAP SF), ensuring hiring managers follow the protocol of the online recruitment processes;Vendor management: selecting & steering agencies and own sourcing, candidate pre-selection and selection with a broad range of methods, coordination of country agnostic hires;Partnership with Hiring Managers and HRBPs on target group strategies, and ensure proactive communication with business stakeholdersMarket analyses based on own experience, market intelligence tools and external partnersSharing extensive recruiting expertise with Associates and Specialists and coaching themPartner with global related teams to build up, position and enhance employer branding in China; Representing BNT at events and fairs in ChinaWhat you have to offer:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related disciplineAt least 10 years of in Talent Acquisition and 5+ year’s experience of pharmaceutical related industryExperience in both executive search firms and in-house is preferredA self-driven and a strategic resourcing professionalEffective in analytics, planning and executionExcellent communication, influencing, organizational, people management skillsClient-oriented with a high degree of customer focusResult and solution orientedTeam player and able to build trust and influence senior stakeholdersProficiency in fluent spoken and written English and MandarinMicrosoft Office applications, particularly in Word and ExcelYour Benefits:It's our priority to support you:Your flexibility: flexible hours | vacation account Your growth: Digital Learning | Performance & talent development | leadership development | Apprenticeships | LinkedIn LearningYour value: Your voice at the table | Culture on an equal footing | Opportunities to shape & impact | Support for your full potentialYour health and lifestyle: Company bikeYour mobility: Job ticket | Deutschlandticket Your life phases: Employer-funded pension | Childcare Apply now - We look forward to your application!Apply to our Shanghai, Chinalocation by sending us your documents via our online form.
