Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager – Billing Operations and Assurance to join our Finance team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.Scope Senior Manager Billing Operations & Assurance is responsible for leading Billing function for Transguard Group, ensuring accurate, timely, and contract-compliant billing across all service lines. This includes overseeing Billing Operations and establishing a robust Assurance function to enforce governance, prevent revenue leakage, and reduce disputes.This role plays a critical part in revenue assurance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. It requires cross-functional collaboration, and continuous innovation to drive excellence in billing operations.ResponsibilitiesFinancialOversee accurate and timely billing to ensure revenue recognition aligns with financial reporting standards.Implement robust controls to prevent revenue leakage and ensure billing integrity.Collaborate with Finance and Audit teams to support internal and external audits.Monitor billing KPIs (e.g., billing accuracy, DSO, dispute rates) and drive improvements.Drive revenue protection by implementing leakage controls and monitoring unbilled revenue.Lead initiatives to automate and streamline billing processes to reduce operational costs.Manage the complete billing cycle, including invoice validation, and submission to AR team for generation and distribution to customer.Own billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms across all service lines.Customer Ensure billing processes are customer-centric, transparent, and easy to understand.Reduce invoice disputes through accurate and transparent billing.Resolve billing disputes efficiently and empathetically, minimizing customer impact.Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to align billing with customer contracts and expectations.Drive enhancements in billing communication and self-service capabilities for customers.ProcessOwn and optimize the end-to-end billing process, from data ingestion to invoice delivery.Define and enforce billing policies, procedures, and SLAs across the organization.Lead cross-functional projects to improve billing workflows and system integrations.Set clear objectives, expectations, and performance goals for team members.Develop and maintain billing KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.Analyze billing data to identify anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.Be part of CCAF approvals process to ensure pricing is aligned with contractual clauses.InnovationChampion digital transformation in billing (operations and assurance) through automation and data analytics.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the billing team.Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to future-proof billing operations.Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.Oversee billing system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements.Selection Criteria Certified Chartered or Management Accountant having 2+ years of work experience in a leadership role.Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.Proven experience in senior leadership roles with responsibilities in finance functions.Proficiency in Microsoft office suites.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
