NVIDIA’s startup program, Inception, offers startups direct connections to NVIDIA, VC connections, early access to new products, co-marketing programs, technical advice, product discounts and more. We’re rapidly growing and looking to expand the leadership team in Europe . This role needs to be based in either Berlin, Paris, or Stockholm and is an exciting role to lead NVIDIA’s growing startup ecosystem business in a key region.As a leader, you should have strong business competence with comprehensive startup ecosystem understanding in the ecosystem, be a proven leader who can function optimally and independently in a highly matrixed environment to guide Europe’s startups to Inception and our route effectively to our partners. Showing foresight in technical skills is preferred, or having advanced degrees combined with relevant commercial experience in AI/ML.This is a regional role covering EMEA.What You’ll Be DoingManage team of regional Inception Program Managers, and Inception Partners Managers in Europe.Identify startups as Inception Program candidates, ISVs and key VCs for us to work with and evangelize both software and hardware technologies to the technical leadersAble to establish the value proposition of NVIDIA technologies to technical heads/leadersSupport Inception Program communities and attend ecosystem events to recruit Inception membersBuild out startup engagement to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needsSupport emerging use cases development to help cultivate new industries (e.g. Robotics, Physical AI, Agents)Drive adoption of SDKs, monitors status, finger on the pulse and assist the Inception/ISV with Go To Market (GTM) programs to be successfulLink mature Inception startups to VCs and vis-a-versa based on needs and distribute the vertical-ready mature Startups to the respective IGM/IBD teamsWhat We Need To SeeMinimum of 6+ years of management experience and 12+ overall years of proven working experience in related fields such as startups, partner/eco-system or VCs management with strong related technical backgroundBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent commercial experience in AI/MLPassion for ecosystem development and thrive in dynamic environment with technical membersExcellent communication skills are a crucial requirement.
