Our solutions support clients in the security sector, including high-security locking systems, pneumatic tube transport, and secure fleet management.As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of backend engineers, shaping the system architecture, and delivering features in line with the specifications and functional direction provided by the Product Owner. We are seeking a leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong team management skills and a passion for building reliable, high-performance solutions.👇 Check out the full job description and apply today!What You Will Do🧠 Technical Leadership & ArchitectureDefine and evolve robust backend architecture using C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure, tailored for high-security, cloud-native applicationsProvide hands-on technical leadership, setting standards for code quality, performance, and security across the development teamChampion modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, structured release cycles, and DevOps automationImplement architectural best practices to ensure low maintenance overhead, high performance, and scalabilityConduct architecture and code reviews, mentoring engineers on design principles, cloud security, and system resilience.
