This position is responsible for setup, operations and life cycle management of public cloud solution on regular basis. This position is responsible to lead public cloud services team, local partners and OEMs for their respective roles.This position is also responsible to coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep the services up & running.HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENTSolution Availability To ensure the public cloud solutions availability on day to day basisHousekeeping and Regular Operational Activities Leading the daily operational activities for Public Cloud services in a smooth and regular manner. Colelcting the relevant reports; managing changes; keeping a watch on capacity & performance.Projects Execution Leading teh projects of Public Cloud Services domain and ensuring the relevant coordination; execution within defined timelines and as per locked scope.Team Grooming and management Peers coordination and relationship management Expectations management with Business Services Teams and IT Leadership.Compliance and Solutions Security Ensuring the compliance of public cloud services solutions with organizational policies.
