Since 2016, Lazada has been the Southeast Asia flagship platform of Alibaba Group, powered by its world-class technology infrastructure.Team and Role Introduction:This role is a finance commercial business partners which will be closely interacted with key commercial business partner stakeholders. And at the same time will also closely collaborate with internal finance team (FP&A, controller/accounting team, tax and treasury, procurement team).This role is a single contributor role with very dynamic stakeholders and project to be well managed.As a Finance Business Partner at Lazada Indonesia, the role is to provide support and advice to business from a financial perspective. The role will have high level responsibilities as follows:Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performancePerformance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projectsReporting and analysis: Report and benchmark BU performance across countriesProjects: Drive finance and planning projects (eg process improvement, automation, etc.)Responsibilities:Business PartneringDrive monthly BU performance dialogue with BU management. Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topicsTrack performance of sellers for standard schemes: Commission rebate, Exclusivity Build dashboard for Brands ROI on platform for performance review to facilitate business decisionPerformance managementSupporting key initiatives of brand days, super brand days, super new openings. Review R&O relating to brand investment and growthEnd to end partnering in business strategic planning in assortment planning, pricing and promotional activities.Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly P&L analysis by total company & BUs level to identify Risks & OpportunitiesTake lead finance side to advise biz team on new campaign initiatives by working with related Finance function (Tax, Accounting and Treasury), Review contract from Finance perspectiveReporting and analysisProvide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actualsPartner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S managementEstablish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the BUAny other ad-hoc function assigned by the ManagementRequirements/Qualifications(must have):Bachelor's degree (knowledge on Finance/Accounting or related filed)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering role.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.Team player who works well with under pressure and tight deadlines and ad-hocs stuffs.Strong business acumen with structured analytical and numerical thinking frameworkExcellent communication skills, with ability to effectively present financial information to non financial stakeholdersMeticulous, great attention to detail, good-time management and possess high level of initiative and integrity.Interest in e-commerce business with agile, fast paced and dynamic working environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point, data query and coding. Ability to query large amounts of data via SQL is a preferably added value capability.Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa IndonesiaRequirements/Qualifications(good to have):System savvy (preferably knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, C++, Python)Experience in working with large data set (preferable knowledge of one or more of the following: Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI)
