THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial to lead commercial strategy and deal structuring for Spark’s startup engagements. This role will:Design monetization models (licensing, subscription, platform-based).Structure and negotiate commercial deals with startups and Vedanta clients.Oversee contracts, compliance, and risk-value trade-offs.Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.IDEAL CANDIDATE10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or deal structuring, preferably in innovation/startup ecosystems.Strong understanding of monetization models for digital/tech solutions.Proven experience in contract structuring and negotiation in multi-party settings.Strategic yet pragmatic, with strong financial acumen and compliance orientation.
