Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Communications / Individual Consultant, located in Lahore District. The Senior Manager Communications is responsible for leading and managing internal and external communication strategies, overseeing the creation and dissemination of content, and ensuring effective communication within the organization and with the public. Key day-to-day tasks include developing communication plans, managing media relations, crafting press releases and speeches, coordinating with various departments. Qualifications Strong written and verbal Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear and compelling messagesExperience in Media Relations, Public Relations.Project Management skills, including the ability to lead communication campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teamsStrategic Thinking and Planning skills for developing and implementing communication plans and strategiesAbility to handle Crisis Communication and manage sensitive information with discretionExperience using Communication Tools and Software, including content management systems and social media platformsLeadership and Team Management skills to oversee a communication team and ensure collaborative effortsMaster's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector or governmentStrong understanding of the socio-political context in Punjab and ability to navigate it effectively
