Job Summary:The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and pay equity.Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.Policy Development: Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.Employee Communication: Assist in communicating compensation and benefits programs to employees, providing guidance and support as needed.Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, recommending adjustments as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefit plans, and relevant laws and regulations.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP).Experience with compensation benchmarking tools.
