Senior Manager, Event & Partnership Performance orchestrates Wing Bank's comprehensive event portfolio, serving as the central events partner for all marketing managers and departments. This role manages the complete event lifecycle—from high-profile MOU signing ceremonies with government ministries to large-scale brand activations like the annual Wing Fest. As Wing Bank's master of ceremonies and event logistics, this leader ensures flawless execution across diverse event types while maintaining strict protocols for institutional partnerships, creating memorable brand experiences, and supporting the bank's market leadership through strategic event marketing.Job Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Event Partnership & SupportServe as internal events agency supporting all Marketing Managers and departments in Bank wide to run the event ( product launches, feature activations, MOU ceremonies, institutional partnerships, campus events, financial literacy programs, community events, social impact programs,..)Branch Network Events - Orchestrate branch opening ceremonies (in-city and provincial), and manage agent network celebrations and recognition events for top-performing agentsCampaign Rollout & Product Launch EventsSupport integrated marketing campaigns with on-ground components: Digital product launches (Digital Loan, Wingpoints, new features); Seasonal campaign activationsEvent Operations & Logistics Management - Manage comprehensive event logistics and oversee event branding and production Team Leadership & Budget Management - Build and lead events team including: event managers and coordinators, event specialists by category (institutional, branch, activations) ,production and logistics coordinators, and on-ground activation teamsEvent Execution Excellence - Execute 50+ events annually with 95%+ stakeholder satisfaction score and zero major incidentsBudget Efficiency & ROI - Demonstrate measurable business impact from 80%+ of eventsBrand Visibility & Media Impact - Generate $200K+ in earned media value annually; achieve 20M+ social media impressions from event contentPartnership & Institutional Relationship Strength - Execute 20+ MOU ceremonies annually with 100% protocol compliance; maintain 90%+ satisfaction from government and institutional partnersTeam Performance & Cross-Functional Satisfaction - Build high-performing events team with 90%+ internal client satisfaction; establish events department as trusted partner across all departmentsJob Requirements: 7 years in event management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing diverse event portfoliosProven expertise in institutional and corporate event management (MOU ceremonies, partnership events, high-profile launches)Experience managing large-scale events (5,000+ attendees) from concept to executionTrack record of managing annual event budgets of $500K+Experience in Cambodia or Southeast Asia strongly preferred; understanding of government protocol and institutional relationshipsBackground in banking, fintech, or corporate sectors preferred Flexible hours required for event management (frequent evening/weekend events)Application Instruction:Candidates should submit:Resume/CV highlighting event management experience across diverse event typesCover letter explaining your passion for event excellence and why you're excited about Wing Bank's missionPortfolio or case studies of 3-5 major events you've led (including event type, scope, budget, and outcomes)References from internal stakeholders or partners you've worked with
