Job TitleSenior Manager, Finance Business PartnerReports ToFinance Director, Aviation ServicesRole PurposeLead the finance business partnering of respective subsidiaries, drive strategic initiatives to develop comprehensive financial and business analysis. Collaborate with subsidiaries' business units and Group Finance to drive strategic business performance and process improvements.Key AccountabilityLead financial collaboration with subsidiary's business units and other stakeholders to deliver key strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial performance, profitability improvements and cost reduction. Lead the production of and analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Lead and improve decision making process of the subsidiary through financial data, insights, analysis and modelling.Ensure compliance to Group Finance policies and procedures, and highlight process improvements opportunities where available.Provide overall leadership, coaching and guidance within the team and create, lead and and motivate a high performance team.Qualification & ExperienceAccounting/Finance and or Professional Qualification(ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA etc) with 10-14 years experience in Accounting/Finance or in the related fieldSkills & KnowledgeLeadership - Possess strong leadership qualities and build a collaborative approach in the overall development of direction and operation functionTechnical - Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills; hold extensive and in-depth professional knowledge and understanding of divisions business and financial operationManagerial - Possess strong management and conflict resolution skills and ability to multi taskIndustry knowledge - Expert level of Knowledge for airline businessKey ChallengesTo provide effective business partnering, in offering commercial insights and strategic thinking combined with influencing and ideally leadership skill, under tough economic conditions, volatile markets and intense competitive pressure.To provide ongoing support with reasonably accurate, as well as timely information and analysis, and prepared to challenge constructively when necessary, to ensure the business is managed in the long term interest of all stakeholders.To challenge status quo when necessary.
