Location: CH-Stans/NWApply nowWhat you can expectThe Senior Manager Group Reporting & Consolidation plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Group’s consolidated financial statements. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Financial Consolidation & Reporting, this position is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS and internal reporting requirements.This role acts as a critical link between the Group Consolidation Team, global finance functions, and external auditors, ensuring consistent application of accounting policies and high-quality financial reporting across all entities. The Senior Manager Group Reporting & Consolidation will also lead and contribute to global accounting projects aimed at improving consolidation systems, processes, and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles in compliance with IFRS and internal policiesEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data received from subsidiaries and business units worldwideReview and validate intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations and consolidation adjustmentsPrepare consolidated financial statements, related disclosures and supporting analysis for internal and external reportingCollaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Financial Consolidation & Reporting, group auditors and local finance teams during audit and reporting cyclesCollaborate and support the tax team with requirements for Pillar 2 and assist in the automation on the GloBE complianceProvide technical accounting guidance on complex IFRS and corporate accounting topics (e.g., business combinations, financial instruments, leases, and provisions)Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and involvement in transversal projects such as digital transformation, ESG disclosures, ERP optimization and internal restructuring. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of group-wide consolidation tools, processes and internal controlsContribute to global finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and standardization of reporting processesEnsure compliance with Group accounting policies and promote best practices across entitiesWhat you will bringUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferredMinimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational environment or audit firm (Big 4 experience advantageous)Proven experience in publicly listed company environment or in preparing consolidated financial statements for listed entitiesIn-depth knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation principlesHands-on experience with consolidation systems (e.g. IDL, Tagetik, HFM Hyperion or similar tools)Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across global teamsGood understanding of Pillar II and ESGCombines a hands-on approach with strong conceptual and strategic thinkingProficienct in English, other languages are an assetProven experience in project managementAble to adapt quickly, prioritize and perform confidently in a dynamic, complex environmentOn-site presence required 60 - 80 %Only applicants with EU or Swiss citizenship can be considered due to work permit regulationsWhat we offerWe offer you an exciting and varied task in a highly interesting and international environment with appropriate resources.
