If you are just as passionate as we are, come join our Brew Crew!Brew Crew OpportunityOur Global Brew Crew is We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager, International Logistics & Distribution to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our global logistics and distribution network. This role plays a critical part in enabling our business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all markets. You will own both strategic development and hands-on operations across distribution network planning, fulfilment, warehousing, and cross-border logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Distribution Network Design & OptimizationLead the strategic development and continuous refinement of the company’s global distribution network to support growth, market access, and customer needs.Evaluate and recommend logistics routing, consolidation points, and distribution models to achieve cost-effective and scalable fulfilment.Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) Design & ExecutionDefine logistics and infrastructure requirements for future RDCs, including location assessment, facility layout, systems integration, and operating model.Oversee end-to-end project planning, implementation, and go-live readiness in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Manage RDC operations post-deployment, ensuring high performance in warehouse management, inventory accuracy, and outbound fulfilment.Order Fulfilment & Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with Planning and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate, timely, and responsive fulfilment of orders across franchise and commercial channels.Act as the logistics escalation point for complex fulfilment issues and drive root-cause resolution.Trade Compliance & Cross-Border LogisticsEnsure logistics processes adhere to international trade and customs regulations.Provide internal advisory on import/export compliance and optimize cross-border flows to reduce cost and lead time.Operational & Strategic LeadershipProvide strategic oversight of global logistics while being hands-on in execution, issue resolution, and vendor management.Develop and monitor logistics KPIs and continuously improve performance across warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment.Lead and develop the logistics team to build capabilities and drive operational excellence.Your IngredientsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field10+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles with global/regional scopeProven track record in designing and managing distribution networks and RDCs.Strong understanding of import export regulations, international trade, cross-border logistics, and customs complianceExperience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or franchise businesses is a plus.Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Performance & RewardsAt The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, we embrace a high-performance culture that rewards and encourages our values of teamwork, ownership, and respect for one another.
