We leverage the power of Music & Culture to create innovative and differentiated customer propositions for our brand partners to help them grow their business.Within our global team based in London, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager, International Markets. This role is a New Business role, with a specific focus on international priorities. It will work with our ex-US markets and regions to scale and diversify their brand partnerships businesses and assist in growing and implementing global partnerships.The B Side: Skills & ExperienceBe CommercialSupport UMG’s international countries and regions (ex-US) in growing their Brand Partnerships business, by being a centre of excellence and knowledge, and supporting across full funnel of pitches and activationsProactively scale local initiatives and campaigns into global or regional partnershipsCompile and analyse financial data to ascertain trends and opportunitiesAnalyse and manage P&Ls and look for optimisations and efficienciesCreate clear, compelling presentations to formulate responses to global and regional brand briefs from clients and agenciesWork with cross-functional teams including data & insights, creative, media buying, legal & labels to package opportunities of international relevancePitch and present new proposals to senior internal and external stakeholdersBe Collaborative & OrganisedAssist the Vice-President, Global Strategic Growth & International Markets in day to day activities and priorities, including building market overview presentations and reportsAssist in management of 1 full-time internRun regular market, regional or global forums and update calls, and in-person conferences and meetingsPerson SpecificationNecessaryExperience in an international or global team within a partnerships team, agency or culture/entertainment marketing function at a brand, with a demonstrable history of driving revenue growthExperience working across all levels of business, including senior executives and client partnersProficient in analysing financial results and trends, as well as internal and third-party data outputsStrong communication & interpersonal skills, & business flairEntrepreneurial spirit and proactive approachTeam player with capacity to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and have a strong sense of initiativeComputer skills required (proficient in PowerPoint, Excel or equivalent)DesirableDirect experience working in a market outside of the US or UKBonus Tracks: Your BenefitsGroup Personal Pension Scheme (between 3% and 9%)Private Medical Insurance25 paid days of annual leaveInterest Free Season Ticket LoanHoliday Purchase schemeDental and Travel Insurance optionsCycle to Work SchemeSalary Sacrifice CarsSubsidised Gym MembershipEmployee Discounts (Reward Gateway)Just So You Know…The company presents this job description as a guide to the major areas and duties for which the jobholder is accountable.
