Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.Your role at VantiveThe Sr. Manager of Distribution & Logistics must ensure Compliance in deliveries to patients and clients, optimizing storage and transportation costs in accordance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices, ensuring proper product handling with quality standards, and adhering to applicable regulatory standards.Your teamAt Vantive, our team values—we care, we trust, we innovate, we own it—are the foundation of our success. Come join our team!What You’ll Be DoingInnovate current warehousing and transportation processes through continuous improvement with a customer focus.Verify that costs are efficient.Ensure transportation processes in compliance with current regulations.Guarantee compliance with delivery service levels to 100% of patients nationwide, ensuring deliveries in accordance with procedures and specific customer requirements.Guarantee the normal operation and optimization of warehousing and cross docking processes under the highest levels of Quality Assurance and EHS standards.Ensure the optimization of delivery routes to patients, through the collaborative management of multidisciplinary teams in conjunction with customers.Ensure compliance with delivery service levels to 100% of Hospital Customers nationwide with a focus on Key Accounts.To guarantee and develop resupply circuits to Cedis and Cross Docks, supported by tracking and follow-up of KPI's.Revitalize and improve the delivery process to patients and customers, through effective training processes, image and profile of the delivery team. (NETWORK).Develop and maintain tracking of KPI'S of Delivery Fleets, with focus on competence and distinction of suppliers with high level of compliance.Ensure shipment tracking through technology and development of TMC (Transportation Management Center).Supervise controlled cold RED operations.Realize operational efficiencies reflected in monthly P&L.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer / Business Administration and/or related fieldsMaster’s Degree in Transportation and/or LogisticsMinimum of 5 years in Distribution and Warehousing and management of remote work teams.Project management with positive economic impact.Management and leadership with multidisciplinary teams.Presentation and management of improvement proposals with customers and management levels.Knowledge of regulatory standards of weights and dimensions.Management and development of transportation suppliers with a focus on service and collaborative improvement synergies.Reasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
