You will manage a substantial marketing budget, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and act as an expert for social communication both globally and across key regional markets.Indulge your passion… in Social Media Strategy & Editorial LeadershipStrategic and conceptual development of all global social media communication channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Shorts).Translate Montblanc`s brand strategy into impactful, engaging content with a focus on Social and organic channelsTranslate Montblanc’s brand strategy into engaging, platform-native content that inspires and builds communityLead the editorial planning and deployment across platforms, and steer the global social media agencyServe as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders (Media, PR, E-commerce, CRM, Richemont) Oversee local market strategies on social media, including Asian markets, supporting and monitoring local plans.Work closely with the Brand Communications Director on strategic planning, performance reviews, and monthly rollouts in Content Development & Brand ExpressionLead the creative process for evergreen content and organic content production, ensuring high-quality output.Advance Montblanc’s brand expression across all organic channels with a focus on visual consistency and narrative integrity Ensure brand consistency and a luxury aesthetic across all content.Manage creator and influencer partnerships, from concept to content deliveryOversee local content production: activations, campaigns, and day-to-day storytelling in Campaign Execution & CoordinationLead the rollout of campaign plans on social, ensuring alignment with Montblanc’s brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Events) to ensure seamless campaign integration. Oversee content creation schedules, budgets, and approvals Drive cross-functional alignment with Media, Creative and Brand Communication teams. in Event Coverage and CollaborationsDevelop communication concepts for brand event coverage on all relevant digital channels (e.g. Campaign Launch Events, Watches & Wonders, collaborations launches)Work closely with Events and Brand Relations teams to deliver luxury storytelling moments across platforms Direct on-site content production, including influencer activations and real-time coverage in Performance Tracking & ReportingOwn the global content and social media budget, ensuring efficiency and valueEvaluation and Tracking of Social Media Activities on a qualitative and quantitative basis, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and any recommendations for improvement. in Brand Reputation & Community Management Protecting the brand's social media reputation via social media monitoring and community managementEnsure continuity and optimize processes in community management.Gather and share consumer insights to inform content strategies and cross-functional briefsYou’ll have…a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in Brand Communications, Social Media, or similar fields, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
