Depending on your experience, you may also take on Experience Analysis and Assumption Setting responsibilities.You’ll manage a small team and work closely with cross-functional departments like Pricing, Finance, Distribution, and Risk Management to deliver high-impact insights and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesReinsurance Management: Handle treaty administration, premium calculations, and reporting.NBV Analysis: Lead the preparation and review of NBV results to support strategic decisions.Experience Studies & Assumptions: Analyze claims, persistency, and recommend actuarial assumptions (based on experience).Team Leadership: Mentor and guide two actuarial team members.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.5+ years of experience for Manager level; 8+ years for Senior Manager.Strong progress in actuarial exams.Hands-on experience with Prophet, SQL, and Excel-VBA.Excellent communication skills in English.Proven ability to lead and develop a team.Who You’ll Work WithInternal: Finance, Distribution, Operations, Regional OfficeExternal: OIC, Auditors📅 Reporting Frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, AnnuallyReady to make an impact in a dynamic actuarial team?Apply now and be part of shaping the future of insurance!
