Job Description

Join our Medical Informatics Office team where you will play a crucial role in leading a team and supporting the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system. You will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders, and ensure our users are equipped to adopt and optimise the new system to support safe patient care, cutting-edge research and world-class education. Your responsibilities will include:Support the application leads by coordinating the assignment of the analystsAct as a key liaison between clinical, IT and operational teams to define the project scope, training objectives and measurable deliverablesDesign, develop and manage a comprehensive training programme that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departmentsLead planning, scheduling and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational prioritiesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make continuous improvementsEnsure that training strategy supports the overall vision and mission of the organisation, focusing on improved patient outcomes, enhanced user experience and operational excellenceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial / supervisory experienceStrong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordinationCertification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantageSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyGood stakeholder management skillsGood interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
