Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our US Tax team for Partnerships & Corporations. In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.Lead, counsel, and train teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality tax services, including compliance processes, technology design, and industry expertise.Stay informed on current tax practices and emerging technologies.Engage in business development opportunities and contribute to compliance pursuits.Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including project budgets, resource planning, and financial metrics.Preparation of workpapers, K-1s and Income Tax Returns (1065, 1120, 1120-F), including other forms required by the IRS (8990, 8082, 8886, among others).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting.EA o Enrolled Agent, (Nice to have).8 years of recent tax compliance experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.Expertise in taxation of partnerships, corporations, consolidations, and ASC 740.Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and proficiency with MS Office and third-party tax reporting software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.Need any more reasons to apply?By joining us, you can look forward to a competitive salary and a broad range of employee benefits.
