Is wholly owned by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP (“Brookfield”), a global leader in the management of alternative assets across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, and private equity.Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of our Water Portfolio, which includes traditional and tankless water heaters, water purification solutions, and related offerings. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role owns the product lifecycle and P&L for the category, balancing customer needs, operational execution, and business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing durable goods or home service products, particularly in a recurring revenue environment, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end strategy and performance of the water heater and water purification product portfolio.Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned with company priorities, market trends, and customer insights.Define category-level growth strategies, including pricing, positioning, lifecycle optimizationManage product continuity, working with various channel owners to deliver unit additions, while also managing customer attrition through insights & analysis, offers, and interfacing with customer-facing stakeholders to drive retention strategyWork closely with Product Development to deploy new product introductions.Own the P&L for the water product category and be accountable for delivering against growth and margin targets.Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and business case development for new initiatives.Partner with finance and supply chain teams to manage category performance, cost structures, and profitability.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to drive alignment, successful go-to-market execution, and service readinessWork closely with the VP of Product and broader product leadership team to ensure cross-category synergy and strategic alignmentEngage with external partners and vendors on product enhancements, joint development, and supply relationshipsLead and develop a team (1 product manager, 1 product analyst), fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and innovation.Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for junior team membersQualifications7+ years of progressive experience in product managementStrong financial literacy with direct experience managing a product P&L and leading business case development.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across operations, sales, and engineering.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field requiredEnercare is an equal opportunity employer.
