Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeThe successful candidate will provide service for a portfolio of accounts with the following key responsibilities:Advise client on risk management and general insurance issues and offer potential solutionsDesign, strategize, place/renew and manage insurance program across various property and casualty linesReview insurance program performance, perform claims analysis and offer risk improvement recommendations where possibleEngage various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clientsEnsure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely, including invoicing and collectionGuide and coach junior colleagues on client servicing and technical mattersCo-service with and support senior colleagues on major accountsAchieve organic business growth target within existing portfolioParticipate in and contribute to winning new clientsSkills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessBachelor Degree or Diploma. General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageousAt least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 of which in the Singapore insurance industryIndependent, proactive, efficient, adaptable to changesMeticulous and able to multi-task, a strong team playerExcellent communication, written and interpersonal skillsPossess good analytical mind with strong business acumenProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)How We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
