Location: UK (Remote/Home-based with occasional team meetings)Salary: Competitive Package + 30% Annual Bonus + Car AllowanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Investment & Business Development Manager to drive our solar and battery storage growth across European markets. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic investments and business development initiatives in one of the world's most dynamic renewable energy landscapes.Key Responsibilities-Lead business development initiatives for solar and BESS projects across European markets-Manage end-to-end M&A investment processes and renewable project evaluations-Execute transactions and build strategic partnerships in the renewable energy sector-Develop and maintain strong commercial leads and industry connections-Drive growth strategy in alignment with company's European expansion goals-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate energy transition projectsWho You Are-MUST be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is unavailable for this role)-Proven track record in renewable energy business development and M&A investment-Strong background in project evaluation and transaction execution-Established network and commercial leads in European energy markets-Agile and resourceful with excellent negotiation skills-Passionate about accelerating the energy transition-Based in UK with understanding of European renewable energy landscapeWhat We Offer-Permanent UK employment contract (non-EOR)-28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 2 floating holidays-Competitive base salary + 30% annual bonus-£7,000 car allowance + mileage reimbursement-Remote working flexibility with established UK team-Career growth with global energy technology leader
