Purpose & Overall Relevance For The OrganisationTo provide the best learning service to own retail and franchise staff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standardsKey ResponsibilitiesBusinessProvide training support to own retail and franchise team to drive retail business and consumer experienceOffer training solutions to improve retail KPIs according to long term / short term retail needs.Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIsDevelop comprehensive training plans and programs to meet own retail and franchise staff learning needsStakeholder ManagementPartner with Retail Operation leaders to drive the retail performanceAttend business meetings and provide training suggestionsCoordinate with Retail Operations, Retail HR, Product Marketing and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resourcesTraining ManagementMaintain and optimize retail training structure to ensure clustered learning curriculums fit business needs.Utilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experienceDevelop training KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectivenessPeople ManagementPerformance management to direct reports; review and evaluate performanceImprove direct reports’ capabilities on both soft skills and functional skillsEncourage best practices share among teamRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationAt least 6-8 years’ experience training development and deliveryExperience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferredCompetencies / AttributesExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership skillsCustomer-orientedTeam playerAble to multi-taskWilling to changeEducational BackgroundUniversity degree or abovePC/Language/Other SkillsEnglish fluency and Mandarin fluencyPC skills, knowledge of Microsoft productsadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
