In this role, you will lead strategic project developing and implement actionable recommendation about our strategy. You will oversee our transformation programme, including a direct responsibility of our commercial excellence (i.e. harmonization and improvement of our commercial practices). Success in this role will be measured by execution of new projects and business practices.If you are motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems and excel in collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role is ideal for you. You will report directly to a Head of Strategy & Marketing and work closely with the group leadership, sales, commercial finance, business intelligence teams.Your Role & Responsibilities:Lead strategic projects, including go-to-market strategy, M&A and partnerships, market entry strategies. etc. The ideal candidate can complete complex data analysis, manage senior stakeholders and develop actionable and implementable recommendationsProject management for group’s transformation programmeLead commercial excellence activities, for example, generate and drive a pipeline of projects to improve and harmonize internal processesConnect the dots between commercial, supply chain & operations and financial teamsSupport with ad-hoc requests on business and market intelligenceEducation & Experience:7+ years of professional experience in strategy and business developmentStrong competence in stakeholder engagement, leading workshop, gathering and analysing qualitative insightsHighly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise information to senior stakeholdersExperience in consulting industry and/ or packaging industry is a plusExperience working with complex dataComfortable working in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of statistical methods Professional level English is a must, other European languages are a plusMaster’s degree in Business administration.
