To Design, Measure and Effectively communicate all Supply Chain Metrics - Sufficiency (Service), Inventory DOH (Cash), Distribution/ Logistics Spend (Cost), SLOB, Operational Reliability.Driving strategic projects in areas of Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics (Freight & loadability optimization).Hands-on Experience of Implementation of Projects like Transportation Mgmt. System, Kinaxis etc.Responsible for driving Segmentation Study, Yearly Budgeting, Cost to Serve Analysis, Inventory Optimization.Drive Analytics agenda for Supply chain processes.
