As an integral part of our HR department, the successful candidate will play a crucial role by attracting and acquiring top talent and identifying US markets to hire manpower for our US-based business, to support our company's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding.2. Advertise open roles on various channels, including job boards, professional social networks, and our careers page.3. Screen resumes, and application forms based on essential criteria. Interview candidates via phone and video.4. Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.5. Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example, via LinkedIn, Indeed, or email).6. Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.Requirements and Skills:7 years of Proven work experience as a Hiring Specialist, Headhunter, or Senior HR Recruiter in the US industry.Familiarity with using social networks to post job ads and source candidates.
