The Frankfurt office plays a key role in managing the bank's EU operations and serves as an important link between front office, risk, and central support functions.Job DescriptionSupport the European Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business in day-to-day management, including governance, reporting, and coordination with central COO functions.Prepare management information, business updates, and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.Act as the first line of defence for operational risk topics, ensuring controls, documentation, and regulatory standards are met.Liaise with front office, risk, compliance, and finance teams across multiple EU locations to align business activities and priorities.Represent the COO function locally in Frankfurt and ensure smooth communication with senior stakeholders across regions.The Successful Applicant~ 7-10 years of relevant experience in a COO, business management, or operational risk role within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of governance and risk frameworks; exposure to legal entity oversight is a plus.Confident communicator with the ability to interact across senior levels and international teams.Proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in a lean setup.Fluent in EnglishWillingness to travel occasionally within EuropeWhat's on OfferA highly visible and autonomous role within an international bank.Opportunity to work closely with senior management across multiple EU locations.Competitive compensation and attractive benefits package.30 vacation days, hybrid working, and professional development opportunities.Contact: Marvin MezaQuote job ref: JN-102025-6867214
