If you’re curious and love innovating to solve new challenges, join us!We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to be joining our Manufacturing Engineering team in the Transformer Business Unit.This role is based on site in Temelli.Key Areas Of Responsibilities IncludeEHS ComplianceFollow up on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) topics within the department, including trainings, PPE, and machine guarding.Operational ExcellenceMonitor and maintain 5S standards.Track and analyze departmental KPIs such as efficiency, leakage, and inventory.Oversee Lean and Kaizen activities.Support the Master Production Plan.Conduct time studies for production processes.Quality and Continuous ImprovementSupport Quality A3 studies.Compare designed versus produced transformer values.Follow up on new ideas and continuous improvement projects.Manage the rewarding system for improvements.Supply Chain and EquipmentProvide full support to integrate alternative suppliers into the system.Understand equipment, tools, and machine requirements and assist in bringing them into service.Ensure maintenance of all necessary tools, equipment, and machines.Standardization and PlanningCreate and update Standardized Work Instructions.Follow up on RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning).Handle layout studies.Participate in capacity increase initiatives.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is prefererred, or in Industrial EngineeringProfessional SkillsAdvanced problem solving skills, with a hands-on approachStrong project management, commercial, and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and time management abilitiesResults-driven and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamCapable of working in an international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organizationTechnical SkillsKnowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systems is preferred, but not essentialExperience with SAP is preferredComputer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS ProjectLanguagesTurkishEnglish at advanced (C) levelWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamWe make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possibleWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton UniversityWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
