Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us.As a Manufacturing Technology Engineer, He/she Is In Charge Of Area Process Improvement And Technology Developement. Detail Scope Is Described BelowContinuous improvements to process mechanical design and operation of pad manufacturing tools and modules. Develop Basic data for capital improvement projects including working with vendors and other team members.Identifies and works with technical personnel to develop best practices for process(es) and most effective technologies.Drives product by process through development and documentation of manufacturing standard processes.Drive process improvements that benefit yield, quality, uptime and capacity.Leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex manufacturing problems.Responsible to develop plans for and support Commissioning, Decommissioning, Start-Up and Shut Down activities.Responsible for the qualification of new equipmentJob Qualifications:Above 5 years experience in semiconductor related industry experience is preferred.Good English communication capability.Master degree major for Engineering. (Prefer Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering).Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve or help others solve equipment and/or process issues.Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team based environment. Project lead experience is plus.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projectsDemonstrated skill in team building and achieving results through influence and negotiationGood interpersonal and communication skills; must work well in both self-managed and team environmentFamiliar Six Sigma and SPC methodologiesJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!Qnity is an equal opportunity employer.
