Detail Scope Is Described BelowContinuous improvements to process mechanical design and operation of pad manufacturing tools and modules. Develop Basic data for capital improvement projects including working with vendors and other team members.Identifies and works with technical personnel to develop best practices for process(es) and most effective technologies.Drives product by process through development and documentation of manufacturing standard processes.Drive process improvements that benefit yield, quality, uptime and capacity.Leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex manufacturing problems.Responsible to develop plans for and support Commissioning, Decommissioning, Start-Up and Shut Down activities.Responsible for the qualification of new equipmentJob Qualifications:Above 5 years experience in semiconductor related industry experience is preferred.Good English communication capability.Master degree major for Engineering. (Prefer Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering).Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve or help others solve equipment and/or process issues.Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor, develop others, and work in a team based environment.
