Senior Market Research Specialist

1. Key Responsibilities:Market and product strategy analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and define product strategies.Product concept development: Translate market research findings and company strategy into concrete product concepts, features, and specifications. Collaborate with the R&D team and factory to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability.Business performance analysis: Work with the Product Management and Sales teams to forecast demand, analyze P&L, and ensure profitability targets are met.Product launch coordination: Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to prepare go-to-market plans, including communication messages, marketing campaigns, and internal training.Post-launch evaluation: Conduct market surveys, collect feedback, analyze product performance, and propose improvement initiatives.2. Job Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.4–5 years of experience in similar roles such as Product Planning, Product Marketing, or Category Management; preference for candidates from electronics, home appliance, or consumer electronics industries.Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and product development.Strategic and product-oriented thinking.Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).High integrity and strong sense of confidentiality.Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.3.
