Northwestern Mutual Goodwin, Wright | Flagship Office located in Phipps Plaza BuckheadA leading financial planning firm protecting and growing wealth through insurance and investments.Position DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Team with the execution of day-to-day strategic marketing initiatives and partnership deliverables of the Northwestern Mutual Goodwin, Wright Network Office. Help the Network Office drive financial advisor productivity, revenue, and market presence by executing marketing strategies, tactics, and Northwestern Mutual brand expansion efforts.This individual should thrive in an environment that promotes direct collaboration with colleagues in a supportive role to optimize and oversee internal marketing operations and the execution of partnership deliverables. This role may be perfect for you if you excel in project management, are forward-thinking and initiative driven, enjoy organizational systems, and enjoy daily collaboration with team members on multi-channel marketing strategy development and execution.Position ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Team in the operational management and execution of procedural tasks including but not limited to:·       Digital design (Canva) for the Network Office and select financial advisors (event invitations, social media graphics, signage, brand toolkits)·       Oversight and management of program tracking and procedural processes in collaboration with NM Headquarters (budget and expenditure tracking, ROI tracking, project management oversight)·       Assist in the planning and execution of firm-wide and community engagement events supporting client building and recruiting·       Copywriting and design support for print and digital marketing assets (one pagers, client communications, recruiting materials, website messaging, social media content, etc.)·       Manage Social media calendar and content creation for the Network Office, select financial advisors, and select members of the Executive Leadership Team·       Marketing education and training (workshops and webinars) for the Network Office·       Local public relations, advertising and philanthropic effortsPosition Qualifications·       3+ years professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or similar fields·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred·       Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)·       Excellent copywriting capabilities and oral communication skills·       Professionalism/Ability to work effectively with people at all levels including C-suite and high-level executives·       Occasional night/weekend projects as determined by event scheduleBenefits·       Potential growth opportunities into a more consultative role for the firm, directly supporting Advisors with marketing strategy development and execution·       Hybrid work environment based in Atlanta (in Buckhead office ~3 days/week, dependent on department projects)·       401(k) | Dental insurance | Vision insurance | Health insurance | Life insurance | Retirement plan·       Parking Pass fully covered by Goodwin, Wright – Phipps Tower, Buckhead Office·       Great company culture (Healthiest Employers & Atlanta Best Places To Work by Atlanta Business Chronicles)
