Isn't that beautiful?Role PurposeYou are passionate about the beauty industry and want to develop your career in marketing, a strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A go getter with a can-do attitude. Work closely with brand managers and marketing team to plan and drive business objectives, such as profitability, brand ranking and revenue targets. You will be responsible for planning and execution of the integrated marketing calendar, campaigns, launches and events as well as manage and monitor the A&P budget expenses. Potential team-player can look forward to the opportunity to manage a portfolio of brands on his or her own.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing OperationsAssist and support the marketing manager and brand manager to plan all brand activities such as, In-store promotions, launches, animations and consumer events to drive brand awareness and retail salesSupport on event logistics including, sourcing for venue, food & beverage, materials event items, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive event to successionSupport on contractor and agency management including, getting quotations, briefing of agency/contractor/partners on specific brand needs follow up on the execution of the projectCommunication, PR & Customer EngagementPropose and lead the planning and execution of all communications for marketing and trade activities. (Digital and print)Planning of PR events and activities for your brand portfolio with activities such as, press invitation and liaison, RSVP, and event managementResearch and collation of market, competitive and business information and any ad-hoc marketing needs of the teamAdministrative and reporting dutiesSupport the brand team in animation and monthly reporting duties when neededAssist in administrative responsibilities such as invoice processing and sampling/tester managementAssist in brand visual merchandising needs such as changing of trans and upgrading of countersRequirementsDiploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / BusinessAt least 3 years of relevant working experiences in Beauty industryPossesses advance level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CanvaExperience in marketing or PR is a plusA strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentResourceful, with a positive can-do attitudeGood communication and interpersonal skillsDo you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
