Job Description

Mission:This role is responsible for driving Penhaligon’s brand growth in Korea through strong product marketing, brand execution, and online sales activation. With online channels (Naver/Kakao) as the key commercial drivers until 2026, the position manages brand presence, sell-out performance, and channel operations while ensuring consistent storytelling aligned with global guidelines. Key Responsibilities:Brand & Product Marketing (Primary Role) Lead product marketing for new launches, including GTM planning, messaging, claims, and activation.Localize global toolkits and assets for the Korean market.Support annual launch calendar development and category/assortment strategy.Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify insights and opportunities.Manage hero SKU strategy and seasonal product focus.Ensure consistent brand identity and execution across all consumer touchpoints.Online Sales Activation & Channel Management (Naver / Kakao)Drive daily/weekly online sales performance and visibility across Naver and Kakao platforms.Plan and execute online marketing activations with partner channels to support sell-out.Manage product listings, pricing accuracy, promotional setup, and campaign execution.Coordinate stock availability, replenishment needs, and volume planning with internal teams.Optimize product page content, assets, and storytelling to enhance conversion and brand appeal.Monitor online reviews, consumer feedback, engagement, and channel performance to adjust tactics quickly.Maintain consistent brand tone and visual standards across all online channels.Digital Asset & Content ManagementManage adaptation of brand assets (imagery, motion, copy) for online and local usage.Ensure timely delivery and correct formatting of assets received from global/regional teams.Maintain updated SKU information, claims, copy, visuals, and compliance-related content.Support creation of product education materials for internal and channel partners.Commercial Coordination & Internal Alignment Work closely with Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth execution.Align launch timelines, volume forecasts, and promotional plans with relevant teams.Support sell-in decks, product briefs, and internal communication materials.Deliver consistent updates to Marketing Manager on performance, risks, and opportunities.Reporting & Insights Brand Storytelling & Asset Management Track online sales KPIs, visibility metrics, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.Monitor competitors’ online movements, assortment changes, and pricing trends.Monitoring, Reporting & Market InsightsTrack press coverage, campaign impact, and influencer performance with regular reporting to Marketing Manager.Monitor competitive PR activities across beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle categoriesProvide insights and recommendations to strengthen communication strategy and activation plansQualification:5–8 years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand activation, ideally within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or fashion.Experience with online channels (Naver/Kakao) including basic sales operations and activation.Strong understanding of brand marketing, storytelling, and SKU management.Ability to balance brand aesthetics with commercial objectives.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-strong.Fluent in Korean with proficient English to work with global teams.
