You'll be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing a small team of marketing specialists, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive growth in key Emerging Markets regions.What You'll DoExecute the end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned Emerging Markets, with particular focus on acquisition marketing.Adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs while maintaining brand consistencyLeverage owned and earned media, as well as strategic partnerships, to drive growth in markets where we adopt a predominantly reverse enquiry modelManage and develop a team of marketing specialists focused on Emerging MarketsCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective marketing executionMonitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizationManage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROIEnsure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements in respective marketsWho we're looking for?You're a strategic thinker with a passion for Emerging Markets and a deep understanding of digital marketing. You have experience in acquisition marketing and know how to adapt a campaigns to improve ROI. You have excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns in a B2C environment. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and have a keen eye for innovation and continuous improvement.What You'll Need For This Role7+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 3 years focused on Emerging MarketsProven track record of executing marketing campaigns that drive growth in unlicensed or unregulated marketsExperience managing and developing a small team of marketing professionalsStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.Experience working with marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe stack, and Google Analytics.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.Commercial acumen and the ability to articulate marketing value to the broader organization.Experience with owned and earned media strategies, particularly in markets with regulatory limitations.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish would be a significant advantage.How We WorkWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
