AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW) The Marketing Senior Manager spearheads an entire marketing team to drive sales and awareness for Sunnies Studios. Accountable for Public Relations, Retail Marketing, and International Business, he/she will lead executions for all channels to bring the business forward, using consumer insights, industry knowledge and strategic thinking. YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY Strategic Planning & Execution Oversee total marketing strategy for all pillars: Public Relations, Online and Offline Channels, and International Business Provide direction for all marketing channels, aligned and based on overall brand strategy Drive business growth and awareness through compelling marketing strategies for online and offline, competitive communications and promotions, etc Marketing Management Consistently track results and execution of all marketing initiatives Work with total marketing team for end-to-end execution of marketing strategy, including Visual Merchandising Design and Deployment, Retail Marketing, UI/UX and Store Design, International Partnerships, Digital Marketing, etc Collaborate with teams on Job Order development to give direction to Creatives and other departments Communication and Collaboration Effectively communicate new products and services, brand updates, marketing plans to Team Sunnies Encourage openness and feedback in team’s ways of working Collaborate and learn from different departments to ensure agile and flexible but goal-oriented execution People Management Oversee the total marketing team and provide guidance and mentorship in each of their tasks Be accountable for growth and development of direct reports Build a strong, well-balanced team with transparent ways of working Brand and Product Love Be extremely knowledgeable in the brand’s products and services Show strong understanding for the brand and all of its product lines YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field 7-10 years of work experience in brand, merchandising or creative roles; management experience preferred Ability to lead a team and drive growth and development in both people and business Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills required Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools required
