该职位来源于猎聘 市场部资深专员 岗位职责负责开拓全国范围内的初创企业客户,重点发掘并维护与各地创业园区的合作关系;深入了解创业园区生态,建立与园区管理方的长期战略合作,推动公司产品和服务的落地;策划并组织各类市场活动,挖掘园区内初创企业对工具类软件的需求,推动潜在客户转化;与园区内高层管理人员进行有效沟通,建立良好的合作网络,提升公司品牌影响力;与市场部内其他负责PR、公关活动实施、数字营销的同事密切合作,协同推进具体市场项目的落地与执行。定期收集和分析市场信息,输出市场拓展策略及建议,为公司业务决策提供支持。 任职要求本科及以上学历,10年以上相关工作经验;有软件行业背景,对工具类软件有较深入的了解;具备丰富的市场开拓经验,能够独立挖掘和发展新客户资源;优秀的商务沟通与谈判能力,能够与创业园区等合作方高层进行上层交流;具备良好的项目管理能力和跨部门协作能力,能够协调内外部资源推动项目落地;英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的英文书面及口头表达能力; 具备强烈的市场敏锐度和自驱力,能够适应高强度的市场拓展工作。 Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing startup clients nationwide, with a focus on identifying and maintaining cooperative relationships with various innovation and entrepreneurship parks across the country;Gain in-depth understanding of the startup ecosystem within these parks and establish long-term strategic partnerships with park management to promote the company’s products and services;Plan and organize various marketing activities to uncover the needs of startups within the parks and drive potential customer conversion;Communicate effectively with senior management within the parks, build a strong cooperation network, and enhance the company’s brand influence;Work closely with colleagues in the marketing department who are responsible for PR, event implementation, and digital marketing, to collaboratively drive the effective execution and delivery of specific marketing projects;Regularly collect and analyze market information, provide market expansion strategies and recommendations, and support business decision-making. Major RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience;Background in the software industry, with a solid understanding of tool-type software;Extensive experience in market development, with the ability to independently identify and develop new customer resources;Excellent business communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging in high-level discussions with senior management of innovation parks and other partners;Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate internal and external resources to drive project implementation;Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English;Strong market insight and self-motivation, able to adapt to the demands of high-intensity market expansion work.
