Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role Summary We are a fast-moving startup developing sophisticated industrial equipment platforms and looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our cross-disciplinary R&D team. The role involves designing electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and driving innovation in a complex, multidisciplinary environmen. The position requires proven experience in pneumatics systems, automation systems, design experience in diverse technologies such as machining, sand and pressure casting, aluminum extrusions, plastic injection molding, vacuum forming, sheet metal and D. Key Responsibilities: R&D Mechanical desiner • Designing electromechanical, pneumatic and fully automation sysems. • Develop and implement system improvements and modificaions. • Manage multiple design activities and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced envirnment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new functionality into product deveopment. • Work closely with R&D groups, including Chemistry, Process, System, Control and NPI, to ensure alignment with process requirements and projet goals. Qualifications: Education &Experience • B.Sc. or M.Sc . in Mechanical ngineering. • Minimum 7 years of electromechanical design experience in multidiscipliary systems. Tehnical Skills • Advanced SolidWrks knowledge. • Proven experience in inkjet systems, digital printing, and dying processes. • Hads on capability • Proven expertise in various manufacturing technologies, pneumatics systems, auomation systems. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multtasking abilities. • Working experience in multidisciplinary teams (Chemistry, Software, Systm and Electonics).
