If you are selected for this position to interview, please make note of the above statement.A Day In The LifeThe Senior Media Manager will report directly to the Media Supervisor, who will assist with strategic development and planning. The Senior Media Manager should have strong client facing skills and be able to help lead client calls, reinforce strategy, and recommend testing or new opportunities.This role will support the Associate Media Director in a variety of aspects of media planning. The Senior Media Manager is responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including understanding and optimizing performance drivers and being able to provide actionable recommendations based on data.This person will need to work with the creative team on the development of new client assets, including messaging and design concepts. The ideal candidate for this role has direct experience managing Paid Search campaigns and is multi-faceted with a foundational understanding of paid social and display. The ability to apply best practices in social areas is a must and key to the candidate’s success. This is a client-facing role.ResponsibilitiesSuccessful end-to-end management of designated paid media accountsMeet pacing and KPI requirements for held accountsOwn all Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, & testing, leading the team with confidence and directionWork with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.Actively works to increase billing for existing accounts and propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accountsContinually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s Paid Media offeringsFunction as primary point of contact both internally and externally for all ‘owned’accounts – responsible for pacing and performance of accountsResponsible for generating reporting, writing insights, and communicating with the client for designated accountsResponsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types and copyrevisionsResponsible for strategic ideation on all accounts, designing and adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals (and internal objectives)Responsible for designing and deploying tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.)Responsible for continual testing, verification, and improvement of full-funnel structuresRole Requirements4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid SearchIdeal candidates also have experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or bothRequired platform expertise: Google AdsSuggested additional platform familiarity: Bing, Meta, a DSP platformExperience managing paid media budget ranges above 100k per monthExperience driving paid media strategy and testingConfident ability to communicate with and convince clientsGreat at reporting and insights, and great at identifying and optimizing towards client business goals Experience in full project ownership, from the first step of writing strategy briefs and recommendations, all the way to deploying campaigns/tests in-platform and reporting on resultsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceAbility to interface with both internal team members and clientsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPower Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
