In this role, you will act as a strategic partner—translating business objectives into effective, insight-driven media plans, overseeing campaign execution across channels, and ensuring strong performance outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide client decision-making, and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end media planning and buying across digital and offline channels.Translate client business goals into clear media strategies, frameworks, and KPIs.Develop annual/quarterly media plans, ensuring channel mix efficiency and budget allocation accuracy.Oversee execution, optimization, pacing, and quality across all campaigns.Collaborate with creative, paid social, search, programmatic, and analytics teams to deliver integrated work.Generate compelling insights and strategic recommendations through data interpretation and category understanding.Present media strategies, rationales, performance reports, and growth opportunities to clients.Supervise and mentor junior team members; provide training, feedback, and skill development.Stay updated on media trends, market shifts, and new opportunities relevant to client portfolios.Ensure all work adheres to timelines, performance benchmarks, and internal processes.Requirements6–8 years of experience in media planning and campaign management (media agency experience preferred).Strong understanding of media channels including digital, social, programmatic, OOH, and TV.Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and pacing reports.Proficiency in media planning tools, measurement platforms, and industry research sources.Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Working with usJoining dentsu international, you’ll join a team of 70,000 people.
