With four outlets across the Klang Valley, we pride ourselves on curating exceptional experiences for our customers through a sophisticated product range and world-class service.Role Overview:The Senior Merchandising Executive will be responsible for managing inventory orders, ensuring optimal stock levels across all outlets, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and brand partners. This role requires sharp analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with strategic buying decisions.Key Responsibilities:Manage inventory orders and stock replenishment across all four outlets, ensuring healthy stock levels and product availability.Process purchase orders from distributors and brand partners, ensuring timely and accurate order placements.Monitor stock quantities, conduct regular stock checks, and oversee inter-store transfers to balance inventory distribution.Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and trading terms to meet company objectives.Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends, optimise assortment, and improve sell-through rates.Support promotional and merchandising activities, ensuring timely inward and outward deliveries.Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and product trends to inform buying decisions.Liaise with outlet teams to ensure products meet customer demand and store presentation standards.Prepare seasonal buy plans and assortment reports in alignment with the company’s strategy.Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives related to merchandising, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.Qualifications & Skills4–5 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or inventory management, preferably in retail or FMCG.Experience with multi-outlet retail operations and multi-brand product lines is highly advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data for strategic decisions.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers and partners.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage (Dynamod).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective, practical solutions.
