Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser, located in Karachi. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including product development, client interactions, and coordinating with production teams. Responsibilities also involve managing customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining quality standards. The role will require active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining strong client relationships and also have export factory merchandising experience Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills for managing client relationships and addressing inquiries effectivelyExperience in sales, retail, and marketing to drive business growth and maintain competitive market positioningAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines and quality standards are metProficiency in merchandising practices with a focus on product development and supply chain coordinationBachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferredAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
